These Terms & Conditions set out the basic rules for using MyKittens.

Using MyKittens

You must provide accurate information when creating an account or advert and must not use the website for unlawful, fraudulent, misleading or abusive activity.

Advert content

Advertisers are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the information, photographs, prices and contact details they publish. MyKittens may review, reject, suspend or remove adverts that do not meet site requirements.

Transactions between users

MyKittens provides a platform for advertising. Any communication, inspection, agreement, payment or transaction between users is arranged between those users. Users should carry out their own checks before proceeding.

Paid advert plans

Where a paid advert plan is selected, the price, duration and visibility features shown during advert creation apply to that plan. Payment does not guarantee approval of content that breaches site requirements.

Availability

We aim to keep MyKittens available and functioning correctly, but uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed.

Changes

These terms may be updated when the website, its services or applicable requirements change. The latest version published on MyKittens will apply from its stated update date.
